1. Services Provided We arrange private ground transportation between Jeddah, Makkah, and Madinah, including airport transfers, inter-city transfers, and Ziarat tours, using third-party drivers and vehicles.
2. Bookings All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability at the time of confirmation. Rates listed on our website are per vehicle (not per person) unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Additional Charges Certain routes include additional fees not covered in the base fare (e.g., Hajj Terminal parking, Makkah Towers parking). These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
4. Passenger Responsibilities Passengers are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, being ready at the agreed time, and following the driver’s safety instructions during the journey. Delays caused by the passenger (e.g., late arrival, incorrect location) may affect scheduling and are not the responsibility of Jeddah To Makkah.
5. Driver Conduct While we work only with vetted, experienced drivers, Jeddah To Makkah acts as a coordinator between passengers and independent drivers. We are not the direct employer of drivers and are not liable for incidents outside our reasonable control (see Disclaimer below).
6. Cancellations & Changes Cancellation and refund terms are outlined in our Refund Policy. Itinerary changes (date, time, route) should be requested as early as possible and are subject to availability.
7. Limitation of Liability Jeddah To Makkah is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, mechanical issues, border/security procedures, or force majeure events.
8. Governing Terms These terms apply to all bookings made through this website or associated communication channels (email, WhatsApp, etc.).
